Annual Report 2010 Humboldt Deliverable A11.5-D4 (June 2010): The Annual Report 2010 provides an overview on the achievements of the Humboldt project within its fourth project year and the extension period. Besides the update of the scientific and technical results the report describes the training activities of the consortium. Furthermore, two Humboldt Application Scenarios are illustrated, Transboundary Catchment and Sustainable Urban Atlas. A separate chapter is dedicated to the Humboldt user community. It contains reports about the Humboldt experiences at various conferences and events. Conclusions and future perspective in terms of sustainability and continuous development provide an overview on the steps that are envisaged after the project end.; This document is available as PDF (4.6 MB).
Annual Report 2009 Humboldt Deliverable A11.5-D3 (December 2009): The Annual Report gives a concise overview on the achievements of the Humboldt project within its third project year. Beside an update of the scientific and technical results the Humboldt Training activities are introduced. Furthermore, three Humboldt Application Scenarios are portrayed: Atmosphere, European Risk Atlas (ERiskA) and Forest. Experience Reports on the several Conferences Humboldt was participating in complete the Chapter about the development of the Humboldt User Community. Annual Report 2008 Humboldt Deliverable A11.5-D2 (June 2009): This Annual Report concerns the second project year. It contains information about the activities of the Humboldt consortium and the technical, scientific and cost-related results achieved so far. Moreover, it informs about the Mid Term Call and presents two scenarios in detail: Protected Areas and Ocean. Survey on the Geographic Information Market in Europe
The Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research IGD, as coordinator of the EU project HUMBOLDT, in cooperation with the Technical University Darmstadt prepared a survey on the European GI Market.
The main goal of this study is to deduce certain trends and future developments based on the opinions and expectations of market experts and decision makers and not to obtain a representative empirical study.
